I’m sure with 1-2 points into WM, you can add in Flesh Rip whenever you have an abundance of APs. But from everything thing I’ve tested, it has little effect (if any) on your DPS. Did several runs trying that, sometimes it’s a little higher, sometimes it’s a little lower than my runs without it. I see no benefit to adding it in.

Main Spam Macro:
==============
#show Plague Bringer
cast Aggressive Block
cast Retaliation
cast Disarming Counterblow
cast Plague Bringer
cast Soul Sickness
cast Ragestorm
cast Blood Fever
cast Necrotic Wounds
NOTE: Necrotic Wounds is at the end of this macro when you want to use it to pull multiple mobs from range.
AOE Taunt Macro:
==============
#show Airburst
cast Judgement
cast Airburst
cast Concussion
Single Target Spam Macro (used only for DPS purposes really)
==============================================
#show Reckless Strike
cast Aggressive Block
cast Retaliation
cast Disarming Counterblow
cast Soul Sickness
cast Reckless Strike
cast Necrotic Wounds
NOTE: Necrotic Wounds is at the end of this macro if you want to pull single target at range.
Usage:
The meat and the management portion of this build are Ravenous Strength / Ravenous Defense (VK) and Power From the Masses (RV) buffs. This is what will give you superior overall consistent mitigation over other tank builds. It takes a little getting used to, especially if you’ve never run a VK build before. Some components of the build and the main spam macro (below) are meant to mitigate as much of that management as possible.
This is a build meant to establish aggro across multiple mobs (ideal for AOE dungeon delving) and give superior mitigation when dealing with them or single target bosses, for both physical and magical damage. I’ve sacrificed a bit of magic mitigation for some utility, but tested through T2 scenarios this build works well. It is not gear dependent but scales very well with gear. You can use this build when starting out in T1s (or at L50 doing normal modes) and it has been tested up through the Greenscale Blight raid. This is a max level build however.
The drawbacks of this build are that it is DPS light (although aggro heavy) and energy intensive (this is part of learning how to manage this build).
Rotation:
Use the main spam macro and hit Pact Conversion when needed (you may end up sitting on 3 attack points for awhile but that’s fine). That’s all there is to it. You can use Devouring Blow / Catalyze in place of PC where appropriate (Note: as of this writing Catalyze and Devouring Blow cannot be macroed together).
Tip: Managing RS/RD is made a lot easier by using the VK Pact timer (on your portrait). In the build linked above, the default timer starts at 35 seconds (when you gain a pact). At any time it reads 29 seconds or less, you’ve lost your RS/RD. Accordingly, hit PC if the timer gets to 30 seconds and you will never lose RS/RD.

======================
#show Proper Timing
cast Proper Timing
cast Deathblow
cast Punishing Blow
(AE option rather than Punishing Blow) cast Bladefury
Pops Proper Timing for a MONSTER Finisher. If they’re under 30% it uses Deathblow if not Punishing Blow … if they’re still standing (you’re getting a crit remember? You popped Proper Timing).

Purpose: Close in with either Shield Charge or Light’s Hammer (for stun) if both are on cool down then Shield Throw does the paladin’s ranged attack (Shield Throw). Once in combat the macro tries to first always use the reactive styles, Disarming Counterblow or Retaliation before going into Aggressive Block (to make sure it is always being used) and then finally our anytime Pacifying Strike.
Use ‘Finisher’ styles as needed.

#show Plague Bringer
cast Plague Bringer
cast Soul Sickness
cast Infestation
cast Necrotic Wounds
(optional)Bull Rush
Basically this macro kicks off the ability, Plague Bringer, that allows Reaver’s DOT to spread to 5 other enemies. Soul Sickness is next because it’s damage heals the Reaver. Since it is at the start of the marco whenever Plague Bringer is up it will kick it off. Followed by Soul Sickness which which will heal the reaver followed by the other DOTs to spread the DOTs around while Plague Bringer is still active. Good to use till you close with the enemy.
(optional) If you aren’t keeping up with the macro Bull Rush lets you know it’s time to melee!
